army
hey all im going in the army in august, and so i wondered since im probably gonna do a lot of running, and days without food, what should i eat to loos minimum of muscles? im only in the army for 9 months and then im done, but, i really dont wanna lose lots of muscles.??
anyone??

lots of vitamin c before running and marches to keep cortisol levels low. Something like 3 grams before each long march.
Make sure to get plenty of protein. The food you will get is probably not the leanest but if you are only concerned about keeping muscle(not caring about possible fat gain) then eat a shitload of the food served everytime you have a chanse

Don't go in the army.
There is nothing you can do now/then that will prohibit you from losing muscle if you are going to be running and not eating. Those are two killers no matter what, I mean, those are just the facts.

someone misled you, you get to eat, youll lose size no matter, bc you only eat 3 times a day, so get used to it.. and unless your gonna be a grunt, then dont really expect to do much more than a few tiny roadmarches, bc the army, other than infantry and so on, is just a group of wannabes.. nothing hard to it at all..

how do all these skinny guys go in2 the army and come out big then or is this just a myth?
