I have to agree with Justin on this one bro. If the diet is working for you then stick with it until you feel you have reach a plateau. The make the necessary changes....JMO.

    Good luck!

I'd never do cardio at night after weight training that day and ingesting pwo meals that are designed to aid in recovery and help you in repair.

    To each his own however.

    Thank you guys.

    Swole! I have to choice:
-do the cardio at 8pm or
-don't do the cardio at training days
(I do cardio 6 times a week, never do it in leg days)
    Which one do you suggest?

I know that morning cardio is the best... But I can't go the gym at afternoon.

    I have another question:

I read the clenbuterol handbook, and Hooker said that ECA (Or ECY) is not good in off weeks. But it is also works fine for me.
So what do you guys think?
