    Fine tuned diet, critique

This is the diet I will start the day my cheap protein arrives(probably the 29th). Break it down and let me know if I have missed something. I will rely heavily on protein shakes simply because I can not afford more solid meals.
I cant buy a expensive whey isolate so I will have to manage with this concentrate that has rougly 5% carbs and 5%fat.
Order of meals might get switched around in any way(except pwo and ppwo). But the number and makeupp of each will not change(sometimes lean pork or fish, instead of chicken and such alterations that doesnt effect macros). I include the seeds in each shake(except pwo)to make sure the gi of the few carbs in the protein powder is lowered as much as it can possibly be and to make sure my stomach and digestion system has something to work with. It will probably slow down the protein absorbation rate to.

Johan....I know you're on a budget here, but i think it would be unwise to start your days off with a shake, whole foods are much more beneficial IMO. PLus you can get a nice pro/fat meal with eggs which are cheap, at least here in the states

eggs are decently cheap. 12 eggs for 1,5$ The big problem with a egg breakfast is that I can not use to many yolks that will bump upp kcal to much and if I use whites only it is to expensive. Some days I might eat a bit of meat as breakfast and maby 1 whole egg and 3-4 whites to go with it. But most days I think it will look as the plan unfortunaly. :/

I could however change the order of meals and consume a solid meal as breakfast. But the downside with that is that I would be mad hungry in the evening and I can not sleep while hungry. Would maby be worth. I wonder if having a solid breakfast compered to shake breakfast would make such a difference

I personally dont like to eat whole foods, unless it cheat foods like lasagna, burgers, veal sandwiches, subs, swiss chalet, pho etc etc

but, since I've been running a similar diet I dont see any change except for fat loss on this type of diet... I like to drink my food and be done with it.

FUK IT... if I sit down to eat it better be fukin good, or im leavin...after downing a pro fat shake

I have isolate and will run this diet you've layed out also and see how it goes for MOI

i mix sesame, flax and psyllium seeds. Dont know exactly how much I take like a couple of spoons of it. All seeds with shells.

in pwo I use 70gram dex and 30grams of oj(this is only because of my vitamin c experiment since oj increases the absorbation of vitamin c).

I use 5 grams of flax oil in some and 10 in others. Those meal that are shakes that has more then 10grams of fat total I have used 10g flax. Im not sure if those messurements mean much to you if you are american but I dont know any other messurements
