cutting problems!!
hey! im on a cutting diet now, just wondering about a few things. like as my body is getting cut and better looking, some fat on my stomac still wouldnt go away.?? whut can i do, i know i can run it of, cuz iv done it before. but i also lost alot of muscle .. so wut do i do?
anyone?==?

Add some flax oil for your omega 3-6-9 essential fats.
THe 50g protein a meal i will try but i wanna cut the carbs has well just for the time i lose around 20 pounds.
Then i will add back some low glycemic carbs like soy nuts and leafy vegetable.
Of course i will cheat on weekends LOL.
1 ephedrine cap with one Xenadrine NRG 8 hours works fine for me all day long, cutting appetite and most important sugar urges

but see if i cut the apple, i will lose muscle. iv tried it before. the problem is that the body does not get enough energy, and will break loose on the protein to use it as energy. and if the body uses the protein as energy the muscles will not grow as much as they maybe should, if they could take up all the protein.

Don't use apple as a carb source. It is fruit sugar (fructose)
Your liver can use only 30g fructose/day.
You said you eat 6 times a day
-Replace 3 apple with brown rice,oat or any low GI carbs
-and the rest 3 meal should be pro/fat meal (use flax-seed oil)
low GI carbs (sugars) is good for post workout (with shake)
But read the cutting stickies

other than that you wont be burning muscle because your not exhausting (sp) your muscles to the extent that your losing them.
keep it simple.
if you feel you need it until your pwo shake, have a SMALL low-gi carb with protein in AM. Remeber your cutting, and you might be confusing losing muscle with losing strength.
