Would anyone be interested?
Since my fascination for vitamin c has grown alot I am thinking about writing a semi long essay about it just to have as reference for myself in the future. If people here would be interested in reading such a thing it would be extra motivation to write it.
It would deal with vitamin c and how it can be used for these things.
Performance enchantment
Fat loss
Cancer treatment
Anti viral effects
Its amazing potential as cure for many diseases
Anti oxidant properties
Roles in fat metabolism
Cholesterol controle
Its neutralizing effects on harmfull heavy metalls
Basic introduction to how it works
Something along those lines.
Since I am so serious about vitamin c I would get this checked, dubbel checked and trippel checked while having references to every claim I make. So it could take me quite some time to complete it.
Would be one step by me to introduce orthomolecular medicin to this forum not only as a bb aid but also as a way of improving general health and at the same time teaching myself all I can about it.
If any biochemist on this board would be willing to help(by answere any question regarding things I dont fully understand in studies for instance)I would appriciate it alot.

I always use min. 3000-4000 mg of vit. C a day.
I found a place in our country. They sell ascorbic acid in a box of 25kg (~lbs). It cost 1150 Huf/1kg ! That mean 1kg of ascorbic acid is only 3-4 USD!!!
See the pricelist of this company here:
http://www.jungbunzlauer.hu/termeklista.html
They also sell vit B1, B5, B6...
1 USA Dollar is approx 220 Ft
But I don't think that they post their stuff overseas...Last edited by Geriguy; 06-24-2005 at 05:06 AM.

Sorry, I made a mistake.
The price is /kg
So not the 25kg box cost that.
They sell only ascorbic acid.
