Nutrition for AM workout
What's up guys. I just started working out at 6:30am because I'm double shifting at work now and there is no way I can work out after two jobs. Anyway, this week I would wake up at 6, eat 2 bowls of oatmeal and a 2-scoop protein shake and workout. I'm not sure if my body has time to digest this for use though. Would it be a good idea to have a shake or something at 5, and then fall back asleep until 6?

Won't matter too much. The carbs are what will be used for fuel, so I'd eat that about an hour before the workout so you have some blood glucose to pull from.
