4 pmsnack: myoplex light shake, myoplex light bar
7pm dinner: 2 turkey sandwhiches (fat free mayo, 100%whole wheat bread) and Boca Burger (boca burger is made of soy bean and is fat free and high in protein (fat free mayo, 100%whole wheat bread)
or instead of the boca burger, burrito (refried beans, salsa, fat free cheese, whole wheat light tortilla, boca ground beef (boca ground beef is made of soy bean and is fat free andh high in protein)
9pm snack : fruits, strawberries, grapes.
