    Please critque and advise me

    After reading Rambos cutting stick, it cleared up so much confusion for me. Thanks Rambo!! Here is my diet. please critique:


    Meal 1: 7:15 am
    Fat free light yogurt, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 mega men

    Meal 2: 11:00 am
    Protein shake, 2 flax seed pills

    Meal 3:2:00 pm
    Tuna Salad (chunky light tuna, fat free mayo), glutamine pill

    Workout

    Meal 4: (right after workout)
    Protein Shake

    Meal 5: 7:00 pm
    Caesar salad (fat free caesar dressing), Turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice

    Meal 6:9 pm
    Protein Shake with Flax Seed Pill (should i take that at 9pm?)

    I usually goto bed around 12. So please critique the timings if u need to.

    the protein shake im thinkin about getting is the isopure:
    Serving Size: 2 scoopfuls (62g)
    Calories 200
    Fat 0 g.
    Choleterol 5 mg.
    Sodium 320 mg.
    Potassium 320mg

    Total Carbohydrates 0 g. (is that good or should i get something with more carbs?) how much carbs?

    Dietary Fiber 0 g.
    Sugars 0 g.
    Protein 50 g.

    DON'T KNOW WHAT MEGA MEN ARE, I HOPE ITS SOME KIND OF PROTEIN COZ THE PROTEIN IN THE YOGURT ISN'T ENOUGH

    STICK TO FLAX OIL, YOU'D HAVE TO TAKE TOO MANY PILLS OTHERWISE

    GOOD

    Protein Shake
    PWO NEEDS TO BE DEX/PRO, 2:1 RATIO, SOMETHING LIKE 80G DEX
    WITH 40 G PROTEIN

    Meal 5: 7:00 pm
    Caesar salad (fat free caesar dressing), Turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice
    GOOD

    Meal 6:9 pm
    Protein Shake with Flax Seed Pill (should i take that at 9pm?)
    YES TAKE IT

    YOU MAY EVEN HAVE AOTHER RUGHT B4 BED

    I usually goto bed around 12. So please critique the timings if u need to.
    CAPS, and the protein is fine you don't need carbs in it

    Agree with bor. Mega-men is a multi V. You need more protien with meal #1. A shake, a plate of egg whites etc.
