Hi my 1st cheat day since i started my diet will be this next sunday my cheat day usually is 1 cheat day every 2 weeksthis day will be a non training day.
Meal 1: Pancakes and some protein maybe egg withes :D
Meal 2: Same as my diet ( 200g Chicken Breast , 2tbsp peanut butter) but i will add come cookies here
Meal 3: Fast food with ice cream
Meal4: Same as my diet ( 200g chicken breast , 2tbsp peanut butter ) but i will add some cookes here also
Meal5: Pizza! with coke :D
Meal6: Anything that comes in mind nothing too big
also ill be eating some fruits since i love fruits.. some apples and pineapples :D
