Today I ate my biggest cheat meal since cutting. i feel like a fat kid who loves cake. was this too much IYO?...3 grilled ribs w/bbq sauce, 4 oz yams & squash grilled w/ olive oil & salt, 3 servings pasta w/1 cup ragu sauce, 3 slices whole wheat bread, 3 cups of lettuce w/ 4 tbsp chinese chicken salad dressing, 1 banana, 4 tbsp natty pb, 3tbsp pure honey. i think all these carbs put me in a carb coma cos I knocked the f out for like 2 hrs man :lol:
