diet check for 7dayplan
hi, ive read swole cats 7 day plan thing about a month ago. anyway, im on day two right now and wanted to make sure what im doing is okay diet wise.
1pm- wake up, 2 slices of lunch meat cardio 50 minutes - 12g protein 1 g fat
2:15- 10 egg whites 1 whole egg/ flax- 42 protein 8g fat
5:30- 2 chicken breast 3tbls spoon n.pbutter- 52g protein ~24g fat 7g net carb
6:00- workout
7:00- PWO- 50g whey protein
9:00- 1 steak- 40g protein 10g fat
12:00- cassien protein shake with 2tbls flax 50g protein 15g fat
anyway, ive done this diet for a day now, and if its correct ill continue through today and tommorow before i carb load/sodium deplete. i feel extremely tired and cant wait to get off the carb deplete phase. only question is, can i have carb pre/post workout at all, and is natty peanut butter okay since carbs are super low gi?
okay im done, 5.5 more days until my cruise!!
