This thread is full of sh!t
Since I'm dieting I keep my carbs preety low.
I get 25g of dex in my PWO, and a potato or some fruit in my PPWO.
So now, everytime I have some unexpected carbs, like a small rye bread sandwich, or a cheat meal, I get the sh!ts, it last for half an hour, I do my thing, and its all good again...
Does this happen to anyone else?
I guess it could be a good thing, since I immediatly sh!t out all the carbs I eat :lol:
Funny thing is it doesn't happen with PWO and PPWO :scratch:
