    Talking This thread is full of sh!t

    Since I'm dieting I keep my carbs preety low.

    I get 25g of dex in my PWO, and a potato or some fruit in my PPWO.

    So now, everytime I have some unexpected carbs, like a small rye bread sandwich, or a cheat meal, I get the sh!ts, it last for half an hour, I do my thing, and its all good again...

    Does this happen to anyone else?

    I guess it could be a good thing, since I immediatly sh!t out all the carbs I eat

    Funny thing is it doesn't happen with PWO and PPWO

    First off why are you only taking in 25g of carbs for PWO?? That is really low unless you weigh 150 pounds.


    As for getting the shits, that usually happens to me when I cheat, but not from eating other carb sources. Also, you are not shitting out the carbs you just ate if you are getting the shits. To me this sounds more like a mental thing than anything else. If you keep having this problem though you might want to see a doctor because that sounds very abnormal to me.

    Same here...takes me exactly 20-40 mins then i run to the bathroom....

    Smoking does fvck up ur system...but i dont think smoking is the reason behind this.... wierd

    never happened to me. I get a upset stomach the day after cheat day and some gas during cheat day, but that is about it.
