I was wondering if anybody knows what burns the most cals .
Running Or biking (mountain biking)
Running to me is alot harder and I think I read somewhere that it does not burn as many cals as biking .Anybody Know ??

Well jsut going off of what Fitday says... 1 Hour of mountain biking will burn 618 calories and 1 hour of running at 7mph will burn 866 calories. Depending on your needs you may not want to run tha long or cycle that long but it gives you an idea. Good Luck
