    My cheat day

    I usually don't have a cheat day. I'll cheat for a meal here and there, but not a whole day. I really screwed up today. I've been eating crap all day today. Tuna with LOTS of mayo. Dorito's, Potato chips. Bread sticks. Granted, nothing like an ice cream sundae or a pound of chocolate, but I feel I need a slap upside the head today.

    Just needed to get that out.

    Enjoy it,u need the extra cals as long as your back on the diet,i to started cheating every sunday,monday is always a bitch to get back into dieting ahah

    Don't feel bad. Yesterday we went out to Ruby Tuesday's and ate a big ass juicy smokehouse burger with fries. (cheese, bacon, all the fixin's) I actually felt skinnier this morning. Oh did mention the beer?

    Totally agree with the idea of a cheat day. Not only physically stimulating for the metabolism, but mentally as well.

    just make sure you hit the diet hard right after you are done..and try to keep all that to a minimum. Your body will love all that sugar..so enjoy.

    my cheat days are on saturday, and they go all day.
    including beers at night. but come sunday morning, before i eat anything, I take the fat burner of choice ( clenbutrx this time )and I am on the exercise bike four an hour. I watch Tough Enough2 while i'm riding........ before you know it BIGGITY BAM your burnin all that cheat day off. go to the kitchen and hook up an omlete with onions and your right back in the game.

    It's awesome for a metabolism spike, because when you get back to your diet for the rest of the week, your body gets confused and has already restarted the metabolism so extra calories are burned. I don't really 'cheat', but just eat more healthy foods, in the form of carbohydrates...oats, rice, and something nice and sweet post workout.

    My past Saturday "cheat day"...

    Lunch: Chicken Parmesan Hero
    Dinner: Meat Loaf, Mashed Potatoes w/ gravy
    For dessert: Haagen Daz Pineapple/Coconut ice cream
    Evening: Bacardi Silver with lime (more than one)

    Whooo!
