my diet plan
stats, 175lbs bf10% 5ft 10 running test e with eq and winstrol
trying to reach 185lbs defined.
5am 5 egg whites protein shake yam
9am chicken breast and yam
12noon chicken breast with 2 yams
2pm chicken breast with green salad
5pm mixed nuts
7-8pm workout
pwo protein shake and dextrose
9pm steak and yam
10:30 cottage cheese and protein shake

sorry, question is will this diet help to achieve my goal or needs to be improved?
i do take flax with my protein didn't mention that before sorry. also taking glutamine b6 b12.

Why the different amounts of time between meals? I would try to eat my second meal a little sooner 4 hours is to much time between meals. I would shoot for 2-3 hours between meals just like the rest of your day.
