    egg whites

    is it ok to boil eggs, remove the shell and the yoke and just eat to white or is it best to do it the "normal" wat ?

    much easier just to buy eggology egg whites.

    yeah, what is the normal way? Egg whites are egg whites. You will save time and mess buying them in the carton, but money doing it the way you've mentioned...

    If you can afford eggology egg whites go with those, and just drink them raw. No real taste, and they have been pasteurized so no salmonella.
