    Thinking about using Coconut Oil

I have been reading up about Coconut Oil and the many benefits it has---what would be the ideal way to take it----my schedule is as follows:

breakfast of 3 whole eggs, one white and oatmeal at 8am
protein shake mixed with flax at around 10:15am
2 turkey sandwiches and salad at around 12:15pm
oatmeal and protein shake at around 3:30pm
    workout at around 5:30pm
    pw shake w/ dextrose
dinner---some type of steak or chicken with baked potatoes or brown rice
    before bed---shake with EFA's

I'd throw it in you shake at 10:15am nad you could use the EFA's at night as planned. Seems like you are also mixing fats and carbs in meal one, you bulkin or cutting?

Bulking with as minimal fat as possible----I have been gaining weight little by little but based on appearance I am losing fat too---so I want to keep doing that---and coconut oil seems like it would fit in on my plans----what do you think? Main goal is to gain as much strength as possible---minimal fat

If it's working go for it, mixing in Coconut Oil to meet your macro's is perfectly fine. How many cals are you above maintenance?

I couldn't give you the exact amount of cals---I've been going by my workout sessions---meaning once I plateau I'll add more calories--but as of right now---I have consistently been gaining on all my lifts week to week---been doing a 5x5 variation with bench--squats--bent over rows--deads--and clean & presses---I just figure Coconut oil, from what I have read, gives extra energy and burns fat as part of its benefits so I should add it in to my diet
