finally got some sort of a diet
summer is here and i can now make some sort of diet up. i am currently cutting.
meal 1
egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
meal 2
grilled chicken
mixed vegetables
shake
meal 3
salad w/turkey or chicken
workout
meal 4
some sort of lean protein
rice
meal 5
extras from last nights meal 4
(lean protein, vegetables)
meal 6
shake w/flax
i will hopefully start doing more morning cardio for 30-40 mins and then another work out later in the day. with that being said, if for some reason, i have plans or have to do something, where i can have my meals, i will cheat. i am not basing my life around this but i am trying hard to get it down.
