    bulking diet

    I am now four weeks into my first cycle of test-e 350 a week. i started out at 5'4 145 9%bf. im already up to 168 with little bf gained. heres my bulking diet:

    9:00-livertabs, bcaa's, and glutamine
    9-10:00-cardio
    10:15- 2 cups of oats, 4 egg whites, blueberries
    12:15-1:45-train
    2:00- 2 bagels, 8oz turkey
    3:00- 2 pieces wheat bread, 6oz chicken, hummus
    4:00- 1 cup of oats, 4 egg whites
    6:00- 4 pieces wheat bread, 12oz ham, hummus
    7-8:30- train
    9:00- 2 bagels, 8oz turkey
    10:00- 2 cups cottage cheese, blueberries

    6:00- 4 pieces wheat bread, 12oz ham, hummus low fat ham hopefully
    7-8:30- train PWO shake, why are you training twice a day?
    9:00- 2 bagels, 8oz turkey
    10:00- 2 cups cottage cheese, blueberries no blueberries please
    A lot of people will give you shit for doing 350mg test-e, and probably for being at such a small weight for juicing, but **** you are 5'4 so you might have a good base, i dunno! Anyway, up the protein amounds to 2g/lb. Dont mix carbs and fats together, have a PWO shake, and have a PPWO meal. Also add some EFAs in there, maybe your last meal.
