    Help with Bulking Diet whil ON!

    Hi, right now I'm doing
    week 1-12 500 of test,
    1-10 400 of deca
    1-6 of deca at 50mg everyday

    I'm 5'8, 165lb about 8% bodyfat

    Please critique my bulking diet!

    Meal one:
    right when I wake up whey protein shake 20g of protein
    6 egg whites- 38g of protein
    100g of oatmeal with a cup of milk- 14g of pro, 74g of carbs
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter- 10g of pro, 14g of carbs, and 15g of fat

    meal 2:
    egg protein shake-25g of pro
    2 wheat bread- 10g of pro, 20g of carbs
    1 banana- 28g of carbs

    meal 3:
    Tuna- 38g of protein, 3g of fat
    1/2 of brown rice- 10g of protein, 70g of carbs
    plain salad
    tablespoon of flaxseed- 14g of fat

    meal 4: preworkout
    1 cup of nonfat cottage chesse- 30g of pro, 7g of carbs

    meal 5- postworkout protein and dex shake- 42g of pro, 75g of carbs

    meal 6-
    steak or chicken- 90g of protein, 10g fats
    6oz of whole wheat pasta- 21g of pro, 120g of carbs
    1 table spoon of olive oil-15g of fat

    meal 7
    casein shake with milk- 60g of pro, 14g of carbs
    2 table spoons of flaxseed- 30g of fat

    totals: protein about 370g, carbs about 425carbs, fats about 90g, total calories:3900-4000 everday, with very little to no cheat meals during the whole cycle.

    Any input or advice is welcomed. thanks

    Don't mix carbs(oatmeal) and fats(peanut butter) in the same meal. The oatmeal+the eggwhites+shake = enough!
    But 6 egg whites is about 18-24g of protein (depend the size of the eggs)

    meal 2:
    egg protein shake-25g of pro
    2 wheat bread- 10g of pro, 20g of carbs
    1 banana- 28g of carbs
    It is more or less OK. (I don't think that bread is the best carb. source. Brown rice? Oatmeal with the shake?) But because this is a bulking diet it's ok.

    meal 3:
    Tuna- 38g of protein, 3g of fat
    1/2 of brown rice- 10g of protein, 70g of carbs
    plain salad
    tablespoon of flaxseed- 14g of fat
    Don't add the fat here! (You now: don't eat fat and carbs in the same meal) You can eat a bit more rice!

    meal 4: preworkout
    1 cup of nonfat cottage chesse- 30g of pro, 7g of carbs
    +1 tablespoon of flaxseed

    meal 5- postworkout protein and dex shake- 42g of pro, 75g of carbs
    OK

    meal 6-
    steak or chicken- 90g of protein, 10g fats
    6oz of whole wheat pasta- 21g of pro, 120g of carbs
    1 table spoon of olive oil-15g of fat
    Leave the oil!


    meal 7
    casein shake with milk- 60g of pro, 14g of carbs
    2 table spoons of flaxseed- 30g of fat
    Don't use milk. Drink the shake with water! Milk contains too much lactose!

    totals: protein about 370g, carbs about 425carbs, fats about 90g, total calories:3900-4000 everday, with very little to no cheat meals during the whole cycle.

    thanks for the input Geri
    Question...How much grams of fat should i be eating a day while on this bulking dietingi. Also would it be ok to snack on peanut butter between meals. On meal 6 do you mean leave in the oil or leave out the oil. Lastly should I up my protein or carbs. thanks

    leave out the oil in meal 6. If you leave the fat I suggested it will be approx 60-70g a day. It is enough in a bulking diet. You can replace the kcals from carb or protein (but your protein intake is enough!)
    I think 4000kcal is enough for your 165 lbs. (but you know your metabolism.)
    But time to time you should up your calories. (you will gain muscle --> more muscle need more calories)
    So start with 4000kcal and time to time eat more and more
    (for example at week 3 you up 4200, at week 6 up to 4500)

    For meal 6, should i eat the same amount of carbs, even on rest days, thanks

    First off I noticed that you are shooting Deca EVERYDAY 4 the first six weeks. That is not necessary due to the fact that Deca takes about 4 weeks to kick in due to its longer half-life so save yourself a few shots and shoot it twice a week with your Test. Follow Geriguy on all but Meal 4. I would throw in a piece of chicken or something instead of just eating cottage cheese alone. Just remember that your either going to eat a ton of carbs and little fats or little carbs and more fats.

    I have been two weeks into my diet, and I have put on 15-18 pounds. Now is this mostly water. I know its not mostly fat or muscle. I have a idea why i put on so much weight, but i'm not sure if i'm wright. A month before i started to bulk i was cutting with dnp . Then when I started my bulk diet I went from my maintenace calories intake to my bulking diet, which was a one day increase of 1800 calories. This was very stupid on my part, and I should have incrase my calories in small amounts instead of going from 2500-4100. Now would that be the cause of my sudden and quick weight change, and is it mostly water. LAstly should I continue eating at 4000 a day or should i decrease it and then increase it slowly. Pease help. thanks

    The dbol with blow you up fast but you'll lose most if not all of it when you go off, its just a jumpstarter. Continue eating as much as you can, its easier to cut then bulk.

    Would it be ok to keep the cup of skim milk with my oatmeal in Meal 1. Also, when I eat pasta, is it ok to eat it with some pasta sauce. The sauce that I use has 5 grams of sugar.
