I need a quick diet to loss 10 pounds. I am in good shape but in the last 2 weeks I have put on some wight. I guess because of all the BBQ s I have been going to. Anyway. I am leave for a vacations to Mexico next Friday. I want to loss at lest 10 pounds by then. Can anyone hive me like a crash diet. Thanks

cut the calories down dramatically and try to avoid excessive salt. I would eat at least a 1lb of fish everyday, tons of veggies, and cut the carbs down to around 50 or lower.

-some1 just outlined a plan for u u have to do the rest....
-if u really want some1 to do all the work&planning i suggest u contact a personal trainer

Crash diets are no good.
All you do is, well, CRASH.
