Question about diet and working out in the AM.
I got pushed into a new work schedule, so I want to work out in the AM. Im trying to figure out how to spread my meals out after working out.
7am- protein/carb shake w/ 1/2 cup oats
7:45-9am- training
9am- PWO dex+protein
10am- protein/carb
1pm- protein/fat shake w/flax
now I need help.
3pm- pro/fat?
6pm- pro/carb?
9pm- pro/fat?
Im trying to cut, can I cut carbs out after pwo and ppwo, and just have protein/fat meals?

When are you doing cardio if you are cutting?

I jog every night for about 2 miles. Thats the only time I have to do cardio.

If you are going jog at night I'd cut those carbs out for your 6pm meal. Pre work out, Post Work out and PPWO should be your only carbs. And try to do you cardio about 2-3 hours after you ate your last meal. Not the ideal situation but if its all you can do, then thats you best option.

Yeah, I don't like cardio the same day AFTER weight training, as that is when the body is recovering/recuperating. Last thing I'd want to do is cardio and interrupt that process, and definitely not jog/run. As was stated though, u gotta do what u gotta do.
