What to do if......
What to do if lets say u ended up (for some reason) eating some fast food or something like cheeseburger, fries and a drink or taco bell or somehting like that . Is it best to skip the next scheduled meal to make up for all those calories and such or go ahead and eat your next scheduled meals as normal?

I would never skip the next meal.....but that next meal better have less fat then the stuff you just scarfed down....lol

Never miss a meal after that, no.
Reason being, you ate shit in place of good food already, then you are going to skip the next "good food" meal entirely?
That's a double whammy.

I agree with swole missing one meal is like messing up a quarter of your day miss two and its almost half a day wasted!
