Currently I am 5'10" 188 ibs. at 26% BF.

7 am- 45 minutes cardio
8am- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup egg beaters
1030- 2 scoop shake w/1 tbsp. flax
1230- 8 oz. chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice
330- 2 scoop shake w/1 tbsp. flax
PWO- 8 oz. chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 can tuna
9 pm- 1 can of tuna

Trying to cut before i start a Tren cycle...maybe drop like 10 pounds then start a 8 week cycle of it..
