Hey whatsup fellas
I`m wondering whats happen on cheat meal, when we ate all the extra calories? we strore then as fat right? i dont think we be able to burn them
so the extra calories go for fat store(extra energy with slin to the roof=fat right???).. (depended of the amount)
Now my Q?-How much fat can we store on cheat-meal.. lets say +3000cals in our daily intake..(just my thought guys, i know that dependants how fast is ur metabolism,& etc)
so if we burn 1lbr of fat per week with cardio&diet we re-gain the 1/2 or less back???
