Cheat meal=fat store
Hey whatsup fellas
I`m wondering whats happen on cheat meal, when we ate all the extra calories? we strore then as fat right? i dont think we be able to burn them
so the extra calories go for fat store(extra energy with slin to the roof=fat right???).. (depended of the amount)
Now my Q?-How much fat can we store on cheat-meal.. lets say +3000cals in our daily intake..(just my thought guys, i know that dependants how fast is ur metabolism,& etc)
so if we burn 1lbr of fat per week with cardio&diet we re-gain the 1/2 or less back???

I think a good cheat would be increasing ur calories by maybe 1500-2000 while seperating fat/carbs....

I`m talking about real cheat meal bro.. come on is just 1 meal per week or so.. by seperating fat/carbs there is not any candy or junk to eat.. its a cheat meal bro..
I`m still wordering where those cheating cals go? i`m sure that a part of it stored as fat & the rest as glycogen in muscles/liver.
NOW i `ve un idea.. what about take some Xenical or Adipex, Meridia.. pills(obesity drug) before the cheating to block the fat-absortion coming from cheat meal and so minimize the fat store
and some diuretics 1-2 days after to take care of water retention
Any opinion on this bros??

1 meal a week isnt going to harm you. Cheating every day with no cardio will harm you.

alot of it it goes straight through. How much I cant not say but the body can not possibly stores the cheat day kcal. In that case I would gain a kg of pure fat each cheat day cause Im at 9000kcal some cheatdays without a doubt.

Some is stored as fat, some is just burned off, and some is used for muscle growth/repair....the physiology is complicated but the bottomline is that 1 day out of 7 is not going to hinder your progress, it more likely enhances your progress. I have no trouble losing 1.5-2 lbs per week despite having an all out food orgy one day a week.

You have to be more specific with the diet you posted...
Post your stats.....macros each meal...and what it is you are eating.
Depending on what the specifics are its hard to tell. I am about the same size....leaner....and I eat MORE than you. So, you need to post some specifics.
The 25g/50g PWO meal is a first large problem i see. My GF is taking in about that much PWO, but she is 115! lol
