clen during bleep tests........
Gonna be finishing my prop/var cycle in 2 weeks. I was going to do clen during my pct to get rid of some more fat.
The thing is, im in the stages of going through fire brigade tests. Now, around the period where I will have to do my bleep test, I would be on my Clen cycle - if I did it for PCT.
My question is, how much will this effect my abiliity to complete the bleep test ?? Will it help me or will it hinder me ???
I wont do the clen if it will hinder me at all.

07-07-2005, 09:48 AM #13
Is that like.....
How many times you drop the F'bomb during your cardio/dragging fake bodies test?
My score would be high has hel!......being a fireman is tough.

LOL Nice title Swole!!!
Game has some work to be done to say the least bro!!
50 has the good genes though. I read an article where he described his workouts as "Some curls sometimes.....maybe some bench with dumbbells".
I am thinkin he is just blessed

Damn, I thought "bleep" was implying that you were covering up a word such as "drug"
You know, the way they bleep words in a movie. WTF is bleep?

a bleep teat is where you have to run to two diffrent point's before you here the bleep. as you keep going the bleep's get closer together to make it harder
it is designed to test fitness. I have never done it since school

thats it stocky - guess its just a UK thing !??!
Yeah its 20 yards/metres long and you run back and forth when the bleeps go. They get faster as the levels go up and you have to make it to the other side before the next bleep. If you dont your out. If you do, then you step up to the next level. level 9.6 is needed for the bleep test for the brigade

I have done the bleep test in the states!!

Hahahaha I had no idea what you meant Bleep, guess you guys call it a bleep and over here we call it a Beep test. That ****ign test is brutal, let me know what level you get to, I think level 18 mean that you are at an Olympic level of fitness. Clen could perhaps help your breathing, but it might also jack up your HR.

I will let you know how I get on if I do it. I remember even the fittest at school only getting to level 12 so I'd imagine 18 would be an athletic runner!!
I think Ill do good to get above 10! Running is NOT my thing - sprinting yes, long distance, no!
Ill see how I feel when I start the clen and then decide from there, thanks

I scored a 12, but then nearly died.....Good Luck

For the fire brigade bleep test you only have to make it to 9.6... but they let you run on till 10 anyway..
When i did it i was apprehensive about it but once you get to 10, becasue your adren**** in pumpin you just feel like you`ve done a warm up bud!
you`ll have no worries matey

when the hell did u do the fire brigade bleep test ?? or u just mean the bleep test in general ????

I did the beep test for Division 1 lacrosse. Fitness test basically, I'm pretty sure its a universal test, however now that I think about it. It came with a CD our strength coach played and it was a guy with a British accent that actually gives the instructions. Guess you guys came up with the test???

Last time I did it it was for wildland firefighting...and they let it keep going past 10 as well. But I also had to do it in highschool too.
