- cottage chesse
- no alternative except a multivit and multimineral which are NOT as good
- white rice

Lean Ground Beef-------lean fish , meat , chicken , dear , bear , etc....
swiss cheese----------cottage , cheddar
veggies----------------veggies , vitamins , minerals , beta-carotene , phyto-chemicals , etc.......
Brown Rice-----oatmeal with splenda

like bor said veggies can not be replaced. If you dont eat them you will be alot less healthy. My suggestion is to make stews. Its possible to hide away the taste of veggies when making them.
