for iodine i cant find any iodine here!!! and im thinking would it be a problem to take 3 centrum pills daily for a month or smth?

what is the ammounts of vitamin A and A in those pills. Not much else in a multivitamin that can be overdoses as far as I know.

Acute toxic dosage of vitamin A is 600,000-1,500,000mcg (23milion IU)
Toxic dose in long term use is 30,000-60,000mcg (100,000IU).

So its pretty ****ing hard to OD on vitamin A.

tin in large doses causes depression ...supposedly....
theres also vitamin k 31%....fvck it ill take it.....

with all the vitamin c your taking copper isnt a issue. dont know about the tin though but I dont think its any real danger.
