Does air conditioning lower the effect of my cardio session since I don't sweat AS much?
Cardio is never about how much you sweat bro, its all about getting your heart rate you for a certain length of time (depending on your goals)
it actually makes it better cuz ur body needs more calories to keep ur temp up....
I read there was little to no difference in ac cardio, and no ac cardio. the difference wasn't that much.
