Test levels while bulking w/ morning cardio
Been working out 5 days a week and have my calories up to around 3500 but I still do cardio for 30-40 minutes every morning. Is this a problem while bulking? I am getting strength gains each week. I read something about empty stomach cardio dropping test so low that muscle building is very hard to do but I think it is bs.
