what do you guys add to your shakes for extra cals and protein ?
Im interested to know what some of you guys add to your protein drinks if anything, Iv started adding 1 whole bannana, this is good but can make it taste quite a bit thicker.
Iv also been experimenting with ice cream, i am not too keen on this idea.
Iv been told to add oats, i think im going to give that ago, is there anything else you guys add to them ?
will it taste like shit if i add two whole eggs ?

I would consider these: flax oil, rolled oats, banana, natural peanut butter & honey. I would watch out mixing your carbs/fats though.
