Recently started a new diet incorporating clean carb refeeds instead of cheat meals. Not too bad actually. So far today, I have had 5 meals already and eaten 40 oz of cooked sweet potatoes and 6 cups brown rice. Feel very full and vascular, but extremely bloated. Sure beats the sick feeling after gorging at an all-you-can-eat though! Going to surpass 600g clean carbs today... Does anyone else run clean refeeds as well? If so, how many carbs do you take in?
