Carb up day!
Recently started a new diet incorporating clean carb refeeds instead of cheat meals. Not too bad actually. So far today, I have had 5 meals already and eaten 40 oz of cooked sweet potatoes and 6 cups brown rice. Feel very full and vascular, but extremely bloated. Sure beats the sick feeling after gorging at an all-you-can-eat though! Going to surpass 600g clean carbs today... Does anyone else run clean refeeds as well? If so, how many carbs do you take in?

The only thing clean in my re-feeds brutha, are the plates!
Good approach though, you feel bloated now but once that subsides, you should be just fine.

I do the same thing, don't go as high as 600 though, and I still have a filthy cheat every 10 days or so...
I do it like this :
monday : low carb
tuesday : semi
wednesday : relatively high carb
then the 3 day cycle again, and then NO CARB on sunday since its my off day from both weights and cardio (wed is my off day for weights but i still do cardio)

And just to clerify "rel high carb" means a potato in my preworkout meal, or an extra one in my PPWO, or a integral bagel in the morning
