    Coffee and Low carb diet????

    So i have to have a nice big cup of coffee in the morning a few cups of tea during the day. Is that at all gonna harm the diet? I consume about 40gm carbs ed. so I guess u can say is like an atkins diet.
    So what do U all think??

    I drink black coffee 3 or 4 times a day. A splash of milk won't hurt though.

    Just use some Cream or Half and Hlaf, very few carbs with a little fat....Shouldn't be a problem.
