Does this sound viable ?? That when I eat carbs, like on a cheat day, the next day I have really bad wind ?? Feel bloated and such. Was thinking its from the carbs but if it is Ive only just realised. While Ive been dieting, I havent farted much while being on low carb.
Is this normal or does it maybe mean my body dont agree with them ? Do I need to not eat them much ? Maybe its just fast acting empty carbs thats the prob ??? who knows ??

I tend to pass gas more when I run no carb, with all the fibrous veggies I take in. But yes, I do pass a lot of gas on carb up days.
make sure to get some fibers in you on your eating day. A couple of spoons of seeds spread over the day. That will take care of that problem. Atleast it does for me(most claim fibers will make you fart more, but its the opposit for me).
Doesnt eliminate the cheat day farts though.
