just bought some haddock fillets...heard some of the bros here use em for contest diet and since im trying to lean down im gonna give em a go.
90 cals for 125gram serving and 20g protein...thats awesome!!
i had no idea...
so im gonna have 1 and a 1/2 serving...30g protein for 120 cals and some brocolli on the side...

Good stuff, haddock. I like it broiled, George Foreman'd, or baked. Try seasoning with lemon pepper or maybe some Butter Buds (if your diet allows the calories). Mark
