rice????????

this may sound crazy but no matter what kind of rice i eat my body dosent digest it. I know this because i can see it in my 5hit. is it the kind of rice im using(uncle bens brown 10 min) or am i not cooking it right(microwave) it really sucks cause i have to replace it with oatmeal i eat about a cup and a half a day.

You might be undercooking it bro - I did this once and it gave me a killer stomach ache. I didn't examine my shit though so I'm not sure what happened to it.

As for the question,y're undercooking it, if it were cooked enough it would be soft and mushy and you wouldn't be able to see it in your sh!t
