Hey Guys!!!

I came across this software product by HealtheTech. It's called Balance Log and it allows you to enter in all of your information...stats and goals and then gives you a caloric intake goal to reach your goal. You enter in your food for each meal and you can also log your exercise for the day. The database has a lot of food already in the program with all of the nutritional information, but if you have a product that is not in there it will allow you to enter it in and save it as a favorite...I like it better than fitday.
