    Is this enough (of everything)?

I was eating about 2500 hundred a day, which I initially thought was too low, but I felt MISERABLELY stuffed, sooo this is what I came up w/ today. it's for gaining strength (not necessarily mass, but some of that too).

Oh yeah, my weight is at 142 now (yep I have gained some, but I am retaining a lot of water right now).

Cardio (on empty except for creatine and viatmins) for 30 minutes.
    Meal 1: 2 eggs, 2 TBSP egg whites (190 cals, 18 pro, 11 fat)
    Meal 2: 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop whey, L-Glutamine (355 cals, 34.5 pro, 42.5 carb, 4 fat)
Meal 3: Post work out shake: (620 cals, 56 pro, 80 carb, 5 fat)
Meal 4: PPWO: 5oz chicken breast, 2 oz long grain brown rice, 1/2 cup spinach (471 cals, 51 pro, 47.8 carb, 6 fat)
    Meal 5: 2 cans tuna, 1/2 cup cottage cheese (390 cals, 82 pro, 5 carb, 7.5 fat)
    Meal 6: 1 scoop whey, (112 cals, 23 pro, 1.5 fat)
    L-Glutamine before bed: (18 cals, 4 pro)

    Totals: Calores: 2156, 268 protein, 175.3 carb, 33.5 fat

meal 1 should be mixed with meal 2
meal 5 add some flax oil or olive oil (2 tbs is good)
meal 6 add more protien and some flax
and in general u'll need a 6th meal (after mixing 1&2 together)

-why should meal 1 be mixed with meal 2?
-2tbs i think is equal to 30grams of fat...and if it sounds good to u...gr8 but every1 has diff needs
-agreed bout more protein in meal 6

so basically you are saying any female should have a caloric intake of 1300-1800? it might be an average but thats for the average woman.........

Isnt mixing 1+2 combing fat and carbs...which is bad? I had the fat first b/c I wanted the carbs right before my workout so I'd have enough energy to get through it.

I thought the fat would be too high if I added Flax (I was going to, but didnt for this reason)

I can lose weight on 1800! lol My BMR is 1400 something, plus I do weights 5 days a week (split) and have an outside job (I work on a farm).

mixing fat and carbs is bad for big amounts but couple egg yolks!! i don't think it's that bad, or just eat one yolk.

Couple of suggestions...Add you creatine with your PWO shake far better absorbtion at this time....Drop the glutamine its a waste of money....And you don't need to have carbs for breakfast since you have you carbs appropiately bracketed around your workout, everything else looks good, nice job designing your diet
