Dextrose, hinder fat loss????

Ok - Say i am a 5'10, 210lb'er at 20% BF and im following the protocol of the cutting sticky.

Can dextrose, pwo with my whey, in any way at all, hinder fat loss?

If so, is there an alternative to getting the spike u need pwo?

it will not hinder fat loss as long as you have a clean diet..

follow the cutting sticky, it works!

Just make sure it fits into your macros and you'r all set....Also you should think about a Glucose dispersal agent if you already haven't....Vanadyl Sulfate, ALA, Glucorell-R, Glucophase-XR!
