    Diet after cardio and abs...

    This might sound like a simple question but...

    I can only do my cardio after work which is usually around 7-8 pm. After my cardio I do my ab routine.

    My question is should be taking a pro/carb or pro/fat meal after my cardio/ab work (if it was only cardio, i know the answer would be pro/fat)?

    i would stick with a high protein and veggie meal with a little fat....somthing like 8 0z chicken 2 cups veggies and 1/2 to 1 tbls flax oils or olive oil same diffrence

    Pro/fat, abs don't really need a PWO shake of any sort in this case since they're such a small muscle group
