white or wheat?
I'm 6'4 and barely 205 pds....and Im trying to get to 220-225 as quickly as possible...but of course the right weight....but I have a very fast metabolism.....so does it really matter that I eat white rather then wheat bread...and I also do a lot of cardio....how about egg whites over regular eggs???

If you are aiming to bulk, I'd read the "how to bulk" sample approach atop the page.
Bread ain't the best carb choice, no matter what the type, but if you are very lean already then it probably won't matter all too much.

I deff agree with Swole, just EAT EAT EAT, especially if you're naturally lean, its easier to cut then to bulk

Bread? I wouldn't worry about bread and choose a hell of alot better carbs source than that. But I do prefer wheat do to taste when I do eat sandwhiches.
