Ground beef or steak
Can I consume steak, or extra lean ground beef everyday, or even twice a day, or is that to much fat. Im looking to lean out, but ground beef is so cheap and affordable compared to chicken.

fak no. I love steaks when I am cutting. I try to trip down some fat but a nice ass t-bone or a filet is good to go when cutting.

I use the 4% ground beef myself, only 4.5 grams of fat in 4 ounces. That can be reduced even more by using a George Foreman grill.
I also eat steak as well, NY strips and Top Sirloin. Whenever I need fat in my meal, I eat some of the fattier cuts, or I add cheese/mayo to my lean hamburgers.
As long as you have heart healthy oils/fats in your diet, it should all balance out.
