O.25 g of dex per pound of bodyweight

How did that formula go again?

I read it in an article called "Window of opportunity"

oh yeah I left out the most important thing ; WHILE CUTTING!!! :)

i use a 2:1 ratio dex/whey. Not too sure about the gram per pound thing though.
