Living in Alaska I get all the Salmon I can handle. I've eaten it every way known to man. My favorite would be steamed (skinless) in white wine and served with holandaise sauce. I also eat alot of halibut, for quick and simple, boiled halibut is hard to beat. Pretty much all my protein comes from wild game and wild fish. To me moose is way better than cow.

Salmon has to be the best all round fish. Albacore Tuna is pretty good too. I like to mix it up and get all different kinds. Sometimes catfish, cod, flounder, etc. But why limit it to just fish. Scallops are a great side to any meal as are clams, mussles, oysters, and shrimp. Crab cakes are one of my favorites. Probably the only sea food i dont like are those little octopus squid things used in calamari.
