I know dextrose is dextrose and i know its supposed to taste sweet but the dex i have at the moment is unbelievabley sweet! I put 2 scoops in with my protein yesterday and after about 2 mouthfuls i felt sick to the stomach. I tried with just 1 scoop today and it was still very sickly. Is it me or what? My last dextrose was never this sweet... :scratch: Do i just need to be a man and drink it?! :lol:
how much water do you put it in? 2 protein scoops? or the scoop they give you?
I used just over 400ml of water. It didn't come with a scoop so i used my protein scoop which is 28.4g or something around that. (allthewhey)Quote:

the weight of your whey protein in that scoop is different than the dextrose because of density. so if your scoop holds 28.4 g whey which is lighter that dextrose, so 1 scoop of dextrose will definitly be more than 30 grams.Quote:
