Does anyone know of a good site that has the GI index of a bunch of different foods? I have looked, but I can't seem to find a good comprehensive site.
I'm not too sure if there is even one out there, but if anyone knows of one that would be great.

just search on say "rice" and all the types of rice come with the GI values
its a great site when planning out a diet!
