Your diet looks ok but where are the carbs?? You can't eliminate carbs from your diet! You will a) get friggin frustrated & cranky b) you won't be able to stick with it c) you won't be eating enough calories.

The best thing to do if you want is to either cycle your carbs ie 2-3 days low and 1 day high (refeed day) OR drop your complex carbs completely for the last 2 meals of the day and sunstitute with firbous carbs instead.

I suggest a diet like this:

    Meal 1
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    8 eggwhites
    1 yolk
    half grapefruit

    Meal 2
    6-8 oz chicken or tuna
    1 baked sweet potato
    steamed veg

    Meal 3
    Whey protein
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal 4
    6oz cottage cheese
    apple

    Meal 5
    Protein bar
(or you could bring food from home)

    Meal 6 (post workout)
    2 scoops whey

In my opinion as well as many others on this board, bars are a waste of money. The protein in those bars are sub-standart and theyre filled with sugar (an enemy in cutting diets). By lean protein I mean Chicken breast . The whey protein that I use is from the Company AllTheWhey, I purchase their Whey Protein Isolate.

Trust me if you read the cutting sticky you will absorb much more information.

taking flax with all those meals isnt bad. But imo alternating betwen oil and flax every other meal is better. To get the benifits from both poly and monounsaturated fats.

Are you saying that I should get flax in pill form too? Sorry that mixed me up a little.
